James R. Fox

Chief Administrative Officer

Biography

James R. Fox is Chief Administrative Officer. Jim is responsible for the Information Technology, Facilities and Security functions within Parkwood in addition to serving as Risk Manager for the investment function. Jim also leads a portfolio of direct investment platforms where Parkwood is the primary source of capital and maintains control over major decisions at each investment. Jim joined Parkwood in 2005 as an Investment Analyst.

Prior to joining Parkwood, Jim spent eight years at General Electric in roles in Engineering, Six Sigma Circle Teams and Product Management.  While at GE, Jim earned his Six Sigma Black Belt certification and was selected to complete management development courses at Crotonville (now the John F. Welch Leadership Development Center) in upstate New York.

Jim earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) in 1997 and an MBA in Finance in 2001 from Case Western Reserve University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Jim and his wife, Amanda, reside in Concord, Ohio with their three children.
