Before joining Parkwood, Debi's experience included working at a regional bank and a nationwide uniform services corporation. In these roles, she developed experience in accounting, financial and client services.

Debi earned a BA in Accounting from Ursuline College (Summa Cum Laude) and a Master of Accountancy from Cleveland State University.

Debi and her husband, Bill reside in Seven Hills, Ohio.
