MORTON L. MANDEL

Morton L. Mandel was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He was a co-founder in 1940 of Premier Industrial Corporation, Cleveland, Ohio, where he was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer until Premier merged with Farnell Electronics PLC in April, 1996, to form Premier Farnell, PLC. He now serves as Chairman and CEO of Parkwood LLC, a private trust company, and also as Chairman and CEO of the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Foundation, both headquartered in Cleveland.
